Tuesday night is Cacho night at Cafe Amsterdam. Learn to play Bolivia’s most popular dice game.
Popular among Sucre’s elite in the 19th century, cacho has gone on to become one of Bolivia’s most beloved dice games, usually accompanied by alcohol. It is often referred to as Bolivian Yahtzee, due to similarities with the game.
Cacho night at Cafe Amsterdam involves prizes, and a happy hour between 9 and 10pm. Cacho night begins at 9pm and participation costs 10Bs per person.
